Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Revinsta. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
The service
Revinsta aggregates your business's online reviews, drafts AI-assisted replies in your brand voice, collects guest feedback, and provides analytics. We add capabilities and connected platforms over time; features may be gated by plan, and we may modify or retire features with reasonable notice where the change is material.
Your account and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials safe, and for the people you invite to your account. You confirm that you are authorised to manage the properties you add and the platform accounts you connect, and that guest contact data you upload or sync was collected lawfully and may be used to send a post-stay feedback request. You must not use Revinsta to send unsolicited bulk email, to publish content that is unlawful or deceptive, or to post fabricated reviews anywhere.
AI-generated content
Reply drafts and reports are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for anything published under your name, including replies posted through automation you have enabled; we recommend keeping human review on for negative reviews. Between you and Revinsta, you own your data and the replies you publish; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf.
Third-party platforms
Connected platforms (such as Google) have their own terms, and your use of them through Revinsta must comply with those terms. Platforms can change or withdraw their interfaces; we work to keep integrations healthy but cannot guarantee any platform's continued availability.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per property through Stripe, monthly or annually, with an included allowance of AI generations; the free trial requires no payment method. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Questions: use the contact form linked in the site footer.
